DMI will terminate their automatic payment system known as ACH / Surepay on December 31, 2020 and all owners personal bank information will be deleted.
DMI is working closely with your associations bank, CIT Bank, which now offers to all owners the use of their Property Pay system, which is CIT’s version of automatic payment. The advantage is that CIT Bank will be able to draw a units exact Account Balance if the owner signed up for it this way. This means that any changes in electric or maintenance fees will automatically be taken into consideration.
